Coating Plants

In-line (continuous) coating systems are developed for modifying mineral surfaces with stearic acid, silicone-based agents and similar surface-active coating agents.

The coating process can be configured fully integrated with the grinding line or as a standalone process module, thereby providing homogeneous and controlled surface modification without interrupting the product flow. This structure increases process stability while optimizing production efficiency and product quality.

Thanks to the developed systems, the surface properties of industrial minerals can be improved in terms of dispersion behavior, hydrophobic character and polymer compatibility. This technology enables the production of high-performance functional fillers, particularly for the polymer, paint, rubber and cosmetics industries.
