Starting from raw material characterization, a process flow diagram is developed according to the target particle size, equipment selection is carried out, and the plant layout plan is prepared. Every project is approached with an engineering-based methodology that takes site-specific constraints and production targets into account.
THS Air Classifier and TAM Bead Mill systems are custom designed and manufactured based on site-specific process conditions, capacity targets and raw material characteristics. Each piece of equipment is configured according to the engineering requirements of the project; it is produced to industrial quality standards and integrated into the system.
The spare parts required for the existing machines and systems in operation on site are supplied, and when necessary, worn parts that need replacement are remanufactured to original quality. This ensures the uninterrupted and efficient operation of the plants.
To improve efficiency at existing plants, process analyses are carried out, parameters are optimized and equipment is modernized. Improvement efforts aimed at reducing energy consumption are also undertaken within this scope.
Technical training is provided for operators and maintenance personnel. Theoretical and hands-on programs are organized on site covering the correct use of systems, periodic maintenance practices and the troubleshooting of common faults, thereby enhancing the competence of the staff.
